Terms and Conditions

    • Agreement Acknowledgment: By registering or using Subscart, users agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. They must ensure that anyone accessing the platform through their internet connection follows these terms.

    • Modifications to Terms: Subscart reserves the right to update or modify the terms at any time, and users are bound by the most current version.

    • Subscription Activation: To become a member of Subscart, you must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms. Once registered, you can browse through various vendor subscriptions and select the one that meets your needs.

    • Subscription Duration: Subscriptions may vary in duration depending on the vendor’s offerings. Some subscriptions may be based on a set number of orders (e.g., 10 orders within 30 days), while others may cover daily orders for a specific time period (e.g., daily food delivery for 30 days). Each subscription is clearly described by the vendor, including the duration and number of orders.

    • Order Fulfillment: After you subscribe to a vendor’s service, orders will be fulfilled according to the subscription details. Each day’s order will be delivered at the designated time. 

    • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription through the "My Subscription" section of your account, where you can cancel the subscription before the order is processed for the current day. 

    • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through the "Manage Subscription" page. If the cancellation happens before the order for the day has reached the vendor, you will be refunded for the remaining future orders that haven’t been processed. Once the order reaches the vendor, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.

    • Refund Policy:
      Fulfilled Orders: No refunds will be provided for orders that have been fulfilled or have reached the vendor.
      Unfulfilled Orders: If you cancel your subscription, any future orders that have not yet reached the vendor will be refunded, but orders that are already processed or have reached the vendor will not be refunded.

    • Subscription Fees: All subscription fees must be paid upfront at the time of subscription activation. Payment terms and prices will vary depending on the vendor’s offering and the selected subscription plan.

    • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and other online payment systems. You authorize Subscart to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees as part of the subscription.

    • Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the services listed in their subscriptions. Subscart is not responsible for delays or failures in service provided by the vendor once an order has been processed.

    • Vendor Listings: Subscart provides a platform for vendors to list their subscription services. The terms and conditions for whether the subscription is refundable or not, is set by the vendor.

    • These term is visible to customers at the time of subscription purchase, and Subscart is not responsible for any discrepancies in the service provided by the vendor.

    • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing to a service. Subscart is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

    • Compliance with Terms: By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you shall not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

  • Subscart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, loss of data, or issues with vendor services. Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the subscription.

  • Subscart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the platform after any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Subscart operates, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
