This information allows Subscart to confirm orders, communicate with users regarding their orders, and provide assistance in case of any issues. Registering on the Subscart platform and placing an order is not possible without providing an email address.

    Users who have provided their email address can later access, update, modify, or correct any inaccuracies by logging into their Subscart account through the account settings section available on the user dashboard. While users have the option to choose not to provide their email address, doing so will restrict them from registering on the platform or placing orders.

    Subscart shares essential contact information — including name, delivery address, and phone number — with vendors, service providers, or delivery partners from whom users place orders. This sharing of information is necessary to ensure the successful processing and delivery of orders.

    Additionally, Subscart uses the provided email address and contact information to improve the overall user experience, facilitate communication, conduct internal analysis, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.   • When placing an order through the Subscart platform, users are required to select a preferred method of payment. Subscart does not store or have access to users’ complete debit or credit card details. For vendors or services on Subscart, online payment via debit or credit card is mandatory.

    For guest users, once an order is placed, details cannot be modified directly through the website. If any changes are necessary for order fulfillment, these should be communicated directly to the relevant restaurant.
